We offer assistance prior and during implementation to evaluate the structural and technical issues required to get a positive outcome from a scheduling project.

Experience shows that implementing any new system requires careful planning if the new system is to perform up to expectations. A huge number articles and books have been written on the implications of introducing new methods to carrying out work. What most state is that the manner in which people in the organization are involved and respond to the changes, can make or break even exceptionally good new systems. To ensure that all issues are considered means
putting in time with initial planning, and not just starting to get the new system going without involving others who are affected. These ‘Others’ who will be affected, may have valuable input which if given early on will be of much more use than if received half way through an implementation.

• Determine how to setup Software and use
• Establish initial software setup, enter sample data, create and evaluate likely outputs
• Create data entry system – manual or electronic
• Finalize initial procedures to go live
• Go live
• Revue outputs against objectives
